Job Description

tsapa.rw is a growing online fashion marketplace connecting customers across Rwanda with a wide variety of fashion products. We are looking for a detail-oriented Product Entry Assistant who will help upload and organize products on our platform.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable using computers, able to work efficiently, and capable of maintaining high accuracy when entering product information.

This role is important for ensuring that products on tsapa are well-presented, correctly categorized, and easy for customers to find.

Key responsibilities

As a Product Entry Assistant, you will:

• Upload new fashion products to the tsapa website
• Enter product details such as title, price, description, and category
• Upload and organize product images
• Ensure all product information is accurate and complete
• Follow product listing guidelines provided by the company
• Check products for errors before publishing
• Organize products into the correct categories and attributes
• Assist in maintaining a clean and well-structured product catalog

Job requirements

To qualify for this position, applicants should have:

• Basic computer and internet skills
• Fast typing and accurate data entry ability
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to follow instructions carefully
• Willingness to learn and improve
• Ability to work independently and stay organized

Bonus Skills (Not Required)

Candidates with the following skills will have an advantage:

• Experience using WordPress or WooCommerce
• Basic knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets
• Basic image editing using Canva or similar tools
• Experience with online shopping platforms
